Finding a buyer We’ll arrange for trusted Selling Agents to market your property on your behalf. At least two agents will promote your home, while our Assisted Move Specialist manages all viewings and updates for a hassle-free experience. Our specialist will track enquiries, follow up on viewings, and keep you informed with regular updates. We’ll support you in negotiating offers, but the final decision will always be yours.
Moving assistance After identifying a buyer, we will confirm their suitability before proceeding with any agreements. We will coordinate with our Assisted Move Specialist and legal team to make sure you can unwind and enjoy the transition into your new Markden Home.
Sell your house scheme 1 Choose Your New Home Select your preferred house type and complete the Smooth Move application form. 2 Home Visit & Assessment Our Assisted Move Specialists will visit your property to evaluate its market value. 3 Valuation & Marketing Plan We'll arrange an independent appraisal based on expert advice to help you secure the best price. 4 Secure Your New Home Once valuations are agreed, complete the holding form and we'll list your property for sale.
